Common questions about our buildings
Do I need planning permission for a garden building?
Most garden buildings fall under permitted development and do not require planning permission, provided they meet certain size and height restrictions. We can advise you on this when you get in touch.
Do you deliver and construct the buildings yourselves?
Yes. We manufacture, deliver, and construct all of our buildings ourselves. You are not dealing with a third party at any point in the process.
Can the buildings be adapted to suit my garden?
Yes. Most of our buildings can be made to a bespoke size and adapted with different door, window, and cladding options to suit your requirements.
Can I come and see the buildings before I buy?
Absolutely. Our show site on the A6 in Finedon is open Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm. Come and see a range of our buildings in person before you commit to anything.
Where are you based and do you cover my area?
We are based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire and primarily serve customers across Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties. Get in touch to check if we cover your area.
